Western Big 6 Meet: Geneseo won the Western Big 6 meet over the weekend with 211 points. Sterling finished in 7th place with 62 points.
Orion Invitational: Rock Falls took 1st place out 17 teams at Orion over the weekend. The Rockets scored 185 points in the win.
Boys Bowling
Rockford East Sectional: Oregon freshman bowler Rylann Delehanty was the lone area bowler to qualify for state after he rolled a 1,328 at the Rockford East Sectional on Saturday. Delehanty finished in 7th place overall. Oregon, as a team, finished in 7th place and missed going to state as team. Dixon’s Aaron Fitzanko finished in 29th place and Sam Gingras took 31st place while Sterling’s Bryce Kooy was a 65th place finish.
