The 2026 Listener Appreciation Party will be held this year at Deer Valley Banquets in Deer Grove on Friday, March 13th. The doors will open at 6 pm, and the Party will begin at 7 pm.
River Country 101.7 will start giving away invitations to the Listener Appreciation Party the week of February 9th. The first week (February 9th-13th), you will be able to sign up on our website, www.rivercountry1017.com, for your chance to win an invitation. We will announce five winners on Friday, February 13th at 9:50 am. Phone qualifying will begin on Monday, February 16th, and will be held each Monday through Friday through Friday March 13th. Listen for the cue to call in and if you are the right number caller, you and a guest will be able to join us at the Listener Appreciation Party.
The only way to win an invitation on the weekends is to stop by our live broadcast on Saturdays during February and March. The four live broadcasts will be announced shortly.
This year’s entertainment is Kelly and Sarah. These twin sisters orginally from El Paso, Illinois and now based out of Nashville, Tennessee have played at iconic venues like The Grand Ole Opry Plaza and 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville. They have released 8 singles including, “Three Sheets to the Wind” which was their second song to hit country radio and the first to break into the Top 40 on the Country Music Row Charts.
