On Wednesday. August 13, Ogle County Deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of Hillcrest Ave (Hillcrest), for a complaint of juveniles riding ATVs in the roadway, and causing a disturbance.
After a subsequent investigation, deputies arrested 65-year-old Timothy R Ball of Rochelle for battery. Additionally, three juveniles from Rochelle were cited for Operating an ATV on the Roadway.
All subjects were released on Notices to Appear with a future court date.
