The Lee County Sheriff’s Office says due to the last years overwhelming support for your local 4h kids this weekend deputies are going to implement the same traffic flow they tried last year into the fairgrounds.
The Sheriff’s Office ask as many people as possible to enter the fairgrounds from the South on Franklin Grove Road. You can access this section from Nauman Road or Sterling Road. This will help from traffic backing up on US Route 30 and Franklin Grove Road. In addition, you get into fairgrounds faster
East Entrance will be used Friday night for pullers. Saturday east entrance will not be used. At the end of the evening when there is a rush, we will be directing traffic out of the fairgrounds. Traffic leaving out of the main gate in the right lane will only go north and west. The traffic going out of the main gate in left lane will only be going south on Franklin Grove Road
