There are times when a person sees an animal and they instantly create a bond and a love for each other. This is what happened to Brenna Early when she saw a horse named Tito.
Brenna and her parents, Donald and Annette Early came before the Dixon Council to get approval to change their property to an Ag area. Brenna stated to the council that Tito changed her life.
Brenna Early does barrel racing. The horse is currently boarded in Amboy. Brenna said it is hard to get down to Amboy to ride and train with Tito. Her father, Donald said he wanted to bring Tito home and it would help teach a strong work ethic for his daughter.
The family has built a structure for the horse and they have several acres of land. The City Council said they have no objection to the request. It now goes back to the County.
