As we prepare for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, the Oregon School District want to inform you of an important change regarding transportation protocols.
Starting in the 2025-2026 school year, students will have one designated pickup address and one drop-off address for each student. It is important to note that these two addresses can be different (e.g., home in the morning and a caregiver’s in the afternoon), ensuring some flexibility for families.
There may be exceptions to this protocol, but only with proactive communication and a set schedule. For example, if parents have split custody and the child spends one week with one parent and the next with the other, the district would accommodate that type of exception to the best of their ability.
