The Dixon Police Department announces Madison Manning has been located safe in Rock Falls, IL.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office, the Prophetstown Police Department, Lee County Emergency Management Agency, and Lee County Search and Rescue team assisted the Dixon Police Department.
On June 2, 2025 the Dixon Police Department was notified of a missing person who had not been seen since June, 1 2025 at approximately 1:00 a.m. Manning was last seen in the 1000 block of Highland Avenue.
