On Tuesday, June 3, Ogle County Deputies located a male subject walking in the roadway in the 2000 block of North Freeport Rd. The male’s motorcycle was located a short distance away.
After an investigation 49-year-old, Michael Miller of Leaf River was placed under arrest for Aggravated Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving While License Revoked. Miller was also cited for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Expired Registration, and Intoxicated Pedestrian in the Roadway.
Miller was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was released on a notice to appear bond.
