Pete Harkness Auto Group trip to The 2011 Bureau County Fair

The Pete Harkness Auto Group gassed up the Party Bus and headed to Princeton
on Friday Night, August 26th for a great show from Edens Edge and Jerrod Niemann.
Several lucky listeners on the bus got to go back and spend a little time with
the artists before the show, get some autographs and have photos taken.

A great story goes with this cook-out. When we called Jessica to tell her she was this week's winner, she said she was excited -- but also in labor. An hour and a half later, a sweet little girl was born. The cook-out was a great celebration as Nate's family was there from Minnesota.

The Administrative Staff at WRCV enjoyed a luncheon put on by the Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce and emceed by our own Captain Al.

Valentines Dance Fun at Teen Turf in Amboy!

River Country 101.7 went on location on Friday, February 11th for a broadcast from Teen Turf in Amboy. Activities at the dance included karaoke singing and a great pie eating contest that yielded some great photos of the courageous participants.

Dance attendees won some great prizes including some stuffed animals, CDs and a couple of kool Apple iPods.
