Sterling Police report the arrest of 28 year old Isaac Magana of Sterling. Magana was arrested Monday night after an ID check at West 6th Street and Avenue G and charged on a Lee County Warrant for Contempt of Court on Aggravated DUI charges. Magana was processed and transported to Lee County Jail.
Illinois State Police report the arrest of 43 year old Corey Sulouff of Sterling. Sulouff was arrested early Sunday morning after a traffic stop at US 30 and Galt Road and charged with DUI and Speeding. After processing, Sulouff posted bond and was released with a future court date.
29 year old Brandon Donovan of Walnut was arrested by Dixon Police just after one o’clock Tuesday morning. Donovan was arrested in the 100 block of West 2nds Street and charged with DUI and Failure to Signal When Required. Donovan was processed and released on bond.
Yesterday afternoon, Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the report of a truck in a field at the intersection of Grist Mill Road and Center Road. When Deputies arrived, they found the driver of the truck asleep at the wheel but not injured. An investigation resulted in the arrest of 52 year old David Campbell of Belvidere, who was charged with Aggravated DUI, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol.
Early Sunday morning, Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the report of a possible impaired driver. Deputies located the vehicle south of Morrison and an investigation resulted in the arrest of 34 year old Brock Marin of Atkinson who was charged with 2 counts of DUI, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol and Improper Driving on the Shoulder of the Roadway. Martin was processed and released on bond.
Just after one o’clock Sunday morning Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 22 year old Emily Coleman of Sterling. Coleman was arrested after a traffic stop near Avenue B and West 3rd Street in Sterling and charged with Obstructed Registration and 2 counts of DUI. Coleman was processed and released on bond.
